Thank you to everyone that has helped make this seasons edition of the North Shields Poly Senior Grand Prix, I believe, the best we’ve ever ran. This is, but not exclusive to, the numbers of athletes who’ve participated, with regards to the accuracy of recording (last night was 100% accurate on the first pass!), the wonderful marshalling and volunteering and of course to those who have been participating or assisting when either recovering or currently undergoing treatment; we all wish you guys the very best of health now and always.
Thanks also on a personal level for the warm send off last night and kind words received recently since announcing that I’d be stepping down from the handicapper position after these results are published. The well wishes and kind gifts are very much appreciated.
I’m sure that everyone will join me in wishing Rebecca and Linda the very best support and good wishes for the future series’ that they’ll look after.
