Entry Process

For Team Captains

Please follow the steps below to submit your team entry:

1. Complete the Entry Form
   • Download and fully complete the official entry form
   • Do not alter the formatting of the form in any way
   • Ensure all required fields are accurately completed 

2. Submit the Form
   • Email the completed form to: nspgrandprix@gmail.com
   • Deadline: Midnight, Sunday 2 August 2026

3. Entry Confirmation Process
   • Entries are provisionally accepted once a full completed form is received
   • Entries are confirmed only when full team payment has been received and verified by the NSP Treasurer
   • Payment details are included on the entry form

Entry Criteria

The Grand Prix series is part of a structured training plan for EA-affiliated athletics/running clubs. All participants must:

• Be a registered member of an EA-affiliated club
• Provide proof of membership if requested

Eligible entrants include:

• NSP members
• Members of clubs previously admitted to the series

Members of other EA-registered clubs may be invited if:

• Participation aligns with their training plan
• Safe capacity allows 

Important Notes

The series is not a race, so no Race License is required.

Liability insurance remains with the participant’s own club, not NSP.
