Entry Process.

Team captains should first identify their teams and then follow the below.

Please fully complete the attached downloadable form and return it via email to nspgrandprix@gmail.com

Entries will only be provisionally accepted when fully completed form is received and confirmed when full team payment has been received and notification given by NSP treasurer. (Details for payment on downloadable form).

Entries MUST be on the form downloaded and not have any formatting changed.

Entry Criteria

The Grand Prix series is intended to be an integral part of your structured EA Affiliated Athletics/Running club training plan. Participants must therefore be a registered member of a club and may need to provide proof of this if requested. Provided the above is true, then entries can be accepted from NSP members and members of clubs where the individual has previously been admitted to the series.

Members of other EA registered clubs may be invited to join, when the series can be evidenced via their training plans and when safe participant capacity allows in the future.

Note: the series is not a race and as such does not require a Race License. The liability insurance therefore remains with your own club, not NSP.
